On all the interested calls I have made strong notes about what the client wants, how they want you to be in touch with them and how to move forward. Out of 180 calls there were 28 companies with interest. A concern I had was that there were 21 telephone lines that were disconnected, so maybe this list isn’t as current as you thought. Please see the coordinating excel sheet for full details.   The7 that are most important to discuss in detail are lines 2,6,9,54,69,123,178. (Add co names) They need attention immediately.    There were also 3 companies, lines 55, 71, 90 (add names) that wanted some information on other kinds of travel. Group, incentive and student travel. They need some information emailed and then asked for a follow up call next week.   There were also 2 companies who asked you to call next week because the contact wasn’t there, but the assistant said that you should call them to educate them about your company for a project next year.
